Delete your data
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This page explains how to ask MMO IT Solutions, operator of Listing.Network, to delete your personal data. It summarises our Privacy Policy, which governs.
How to ask for deletion
Email privacy@listing.network, preferably from the email address on your Listing.Network account, and include:
- your name;
- the email address on your account; and
- what you would like deleted: your whole account, or particular content such as a listing or a requirement.
You can also reach us by phone, Viber or WhatsApp on +63 917 896 4975. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before acting on the request.
Where the platform offers it, you can also make a listing private or remove an individual listing yourself (Terms §32).
Deactivating is not deleting
If an account is deactivated, it may lose access to Listing.Network and may no longer appear in active broker discovery. Deactivation does not automatically delete personal data. If you want your personal data deleted rather than merely deactivated, submit a deletion request as described above (Privacy Policy §13).
What happens next
Deletion and erasure are among your rights under Philippine data-protection law, and they may be subject to legal, security, professional, contractual or operational limitations permitted by law (Privacy Policy §22).
We may retain some information where reasonably necessary, for example for security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, the investigation of reports or legal obligations. Information that has been removed may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, recovery systems or other records where that is reasonably necessary (Privacy Policy §16 and §5).
Information you have already shared with another participant may have been kept by them outside Listing.Network, and we cannot guarantee that such copies are deleted (Privacy Policy §8).
Concerns
If you have concerns about how your request was handled, you may contact the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
