These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the listing.network early-access website (the "Site"), operated by MMO IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site promotes listing.network, a real estate platform for brokers and boards that is currently in development and offered on an early-access basis. The Site allows you to join a waitlist and request updates. Access to the platform itself is not guaranteed and may be subject to separate terms when it becomes available.

2. Early access

listing.network is a pre-release product. Features, pricing, availability, and timelines are subject to change without notice, and we make no commitment that the platform will be released, or released with any particular functionality.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Site. The Site is intended for real estate professionals, firms, associations, and boards.

4. Your submissions

You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting the waitlist form, and not to impersonate any person or entity. You are responsible for the information you submit.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, submitting spam or automated entries, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the listing.network name, logos, text, graphics, and design, are owned by or licensed to MMO IT Solutions and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMO IT Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above indicates when they were last revised.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
